Note: We are not a department store. We handcraft art for you when you order it.

Personalized and custom orders will not be accepted for returns, simple. Please don't try it, we just won't. This includes paint color changes.

That being said, there are things we will do:

Unused, non-personalized/custom doormats can be exchanged at buyer's expense. Within 48 hours of receiving an item, you wish to exchange, you MUST contact us. This ensures everyone's honesty that the item is unused.

Before you confirm a custom order, check, double check, triple check for accuracy. Remember the above policy, these doormats will not be accepted for returns.
